2. Products & Custom Orders
All products are handmade and may different slightly from images shown.
Custom orders — like wedding items, thalas, or gift sets — need to be confirmed in advance.
Once production starts on a custom order, you can’t cancel it.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices may change without prior notice.
We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard).
Orders will be processed only after full or partial payment confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across West Bengal and all over India.
Delivery time may vary depending on location and product availability.
Custom orders may take additional time to process.
We not responsible for delays caused by courier services — that’s out of our hands.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
Since everything’s handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with recording video and images.
We’ll get your replacement sorted after checking the issue.
To ensure a smooth resolution process, we request all customers to record a proper unboxing video while opening their package.
Please note that we will only be able to process claims for damaged, defective, or missing items if a valid unboxing video is provided.
Without this proof, we may not be able to accept the claim.
6. Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or refund policy is available after placing the order.
7. Intellectual Property
All the content here — images, designs, text — belongs to Naksha Kutir. Please don’t use or copy it without permission.
8. User Responsibilities
Don’t misuse the website or try anything fraudulent.
Make sure the info you provide while ordering is accurate.

Naksha Kutir shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
